Every media kit tutorial shows you how to lay one out. Almost none of them tell

you what number to put on it — which is the only reason a sponsor opens it.

A media kit is a pricing document, not a design problem. Its only job is to make

one specific number feel obviously fair. So this tutorial builds the three pages

in Canva, and then does the half nobody teaches: the arithmetic that decides

what goes on page three.

⚠️ The thing to know before you design anything: **a sponsor is not buying your

subscriber count.** They're buying delivered views — how many humans will

actually see the thing they paid for. Those two numbers come apart much further

than people expect. A channel with 100,000 subscribers getting 2,000 views a

video is worth less to a sponsor than a channel with 8,000 subscribers getting

5,000 — and the second one usually charges less, because the subscriber number

embarrassed them.

📐 The formula: (delivered views ÷ 1,000) × CPM × format multiplier. Most

creators sit around $15–$25 CPM in 2026, higher for software and finance, lower

for entertainment. A dedicated video is roughly 1.3–1.5×, a 60–90 second

integration 0.7–0.9×, a Short about half.

🌍 And the multiplier nobody mentions: **where your audience lives moves that

number by two to three times**, for the exact same views in the exact same

niche. That's not a reason to hide your country mix — it's the reason to put it
