Ten listing images, in about ten minutes

On Etsy nobody reads anything until a picture has already earned the click. This is the complete set from the tutorial, as an editable Canva template — with the crop that most sellers never notice already solved.

What's inside

  • The 10-slot Canva template — one page per listing image, at 2000 × 2000, with the 5:4 safe band already marked as guides so your hero survives Etsy's search crop.
  • The four information cards — what's included, sizes, how it arrives, how to use it — pre-styled so the whole set reads as one shop.
  • The mockup pages — frame and desk scenes with image placeholders, so a digital file looks like the object it becomes.
  • The scale page — dimension arrows ready to relabel, which is the one image where text belongs.
  • Six reference PDFs — the safe-band spec, the slot plan, fill-in copy for the cards, the pre-publish checklist, the Etsy specs, and the read-me.

The crop this fixes

Etsy tells you to upload 2000 × 2000. In search results — where every buying decision starts — it crops that square to 5:4, 570 × 456 px, keeping the middle and throwing away the top and bottom. If you centred your product to fill the square edge to edge, the version buyers actually see is a bad crop of your best photo. The template has the band drawn in, so you cannot get it wrong.

Who it's for

Digital sellers who need mockups without a camera, and makers who need their phone photos to stop looking like phone photos. The read-me covers the window-light setup and the two Canva sliders that fix almost every amateur product shot.
